Massage Ayurvéda

The Abhyanga is the most classic of the body massages of the Ayurvéda.

It's a massage of the whole body ( head, chest, back and legs) with warm sesame oil.

The principle is to make the client in balance. It brings you relaxation of the muscles and a sense of revitalisation.

The massage is most helpfull against a complete fatigue.
